How comparisons work

Free for you. Fair to every store.

DropRiff is free to use. When you click through to some stores or ticket sellers and buy something, they may pay us a small commission. You pay the same price either way.

What commission never changes

The order of stores

We rank offers by what’s best for you: price, availability and shipping to your country. Whether a store pays us is not part of that calculation.

Who gets listed

Stores that don’t pay us are listed too. If they have the better offer, they come first.

What we call “best”

We never call an offer the best because it earns us more. “Best total” appears only when it’s provably the cheapest for you.

Ticket sellers

When more than one seller has tickets for a concert, we show them all and name each one: tickets on sale first, then sellers in alphabetical order. Commission plays no part.

How we order stores

  1. Close to home Stores in your own customs area come first. Stores abroad are listed separately: import VAT and fees may come on top.
  2. In stock Items you can buy right now come before sold-out ones.
  3. Delivers to you Stores that ship to your country come before stores that don’t, or might not.
  4. What you’d pay Then the lowest price plus shipping. Unknown shipping is shown as unknown, and every price shows when we last checked it.

Sponsored placements

We don’t run any today. If we ever do, they’ll be clearly labelled as sponsored and kept separate from price comparisons.

Not affiliated with the artists

DropRiff is independent. Showing an artist’s merchandise doesn’t mean the artist works with or endorses us. We label products as official or licensed only when the store’s relationship with the artist supports it.
